A Linen Valley Inc is a family owned and operated business with over 35 years experience in the Bed and Table linen Industry both abroad and here in the US.

We previously worked with Danriver Inc one of the largest textile companies in the USA, manufacturing and designing bed and table linens for Martha Stewart, Tommy Hillfiger, Kmart, Wal-Mart and a number of other home fashion products from drapes to shower curtains.

Linen Valley has also manufactured exclusive custom made bed and table linens for high end designers such as Lily Pulitzer, John Matouk and Tommy Hillfiger.

Other clients include Hilton Hotels and we have made table linens for the Queen of England.

All our products are proudly manufactured in the U.S.A, by ourselves right here at our St Petersburg, FL premises.

Delivering to over 4000 events over the past 4 years we know that a wedding is more than just a couples way of letting other people, such as friends or family, know how you feel about each other. It is creating the basis for the rest of your lives spent together.

While there are many rental companies we are proud to say we manufacture our own. We scour the US for fabric manufacturers that offer quality fabric at reasonable costs which allows us to present our product ranges at affordable costs to you, our clients.

Our Services

Design & Style

We are a complete special event decorating company that offers a wide range of design services. Whether you are planning a private party, corporate function, or a wedding, we can explore all the design options that are possible to make your event spectacular.

The event design process starts with an initial consultation meeting to determine the type of event you wish to have. We can uncover the “design & style” of the event, that will be enhanced in the decor. Often there is a particular color palette to set the mood. If you are having a small private party or a large corporate gala you may have a specific theme that will be represented. Using innovative decor we will give your guests something unique to experience and indulge their senses.

When designing weddings most of our clients wish the decor to be fresh, simple, classic and elegant, with romantic touches that would reflect their own personal style. Along with style we can reveal other design elements such as color and lighting and how they will play a very important role in effecting the atmosphere.


The venue location sometimes dictates the tone and style of the decor. Based on the event space and lay out, we can explore whether you will be requiring minimal decor or something more elaborate. We will look at all the important areas that would require special attention and focus. The length of time the guests will spend in each area or the time available to set up or take down, may also determine to what extent we can decorate. We have worked in several of the hotels, country clubs and unique venues in our area, and would be able to recommend one that would be suitable for your event.


If you are unsure of your decor budget, we can help you determine a budget that will give you the best results for your needs. Typically decor budgets often range between $15. to $75. per person. After we establish your decor requirements, we will offer you a quote or a “wish list” of the estimated costs.

Set-up and Take-down Services

We offer labor packages from very minimal to extensive, and are based on the time and work involved. We require that these set up and take down services be booked and scheduled in advance. Last minute set-up and take-down services may not be available or will often be in premium rates. We recommend booking our design, set-up and take-down services as soon as possible, as many of the popular occasions and event days book early. Pick up and delivery services are included in our labor packages. Call us to inquire which one would suit your needs.

Some other design services we offer are:

• Walk through tours or site checks of the venue(s).
• Floor plans of the event space and lay out recommendations.
• Story boards and illustrations of the decor.
• Sample table set-ups either at the venue or in our studio.

Customer Service

Whether we are working with an individual or a large corporation, we consider great customer service to be a very important part of our company. We take pride that our service is highly personal, and it’s what keeps our clients coming back and referring us to their friends and colleagues. Although some of our services overlap in areas, we don’t claim we can do everything for your event. We know how important your event is and we would love to help you with other aspects to enhance your event even further. We work with the best people in the industry from event producers and planners to florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, and cake designers, and would be thrilled to recommend a few. In short we specialize in innovative decor and creative event design, and we know all the right people who specialize in everything else.

As a unique decor rental company we are continually designing and producing new products. Our inventory is constantly expanding and we receive a lot of new ideas from people like you. If you do not see an item that you are looking for please let us know. It may have missed this catalogue or we may be interested in adding it to our inventory.

Our Location

Although we work from St Petersburg, FL, our delivery area includes, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg, St Petersburg Beach, Sarasota, Tampa, Palm Harbor, Orlando and Miami. We also ship out of state and have had rentals in LA, New York, Mexico and Hawaii.
