A Linen Valley Wedding Planners offer a free initial consultation to all couples to discuss their wedding plans and establish how we can help.

Its up to you then to decide if you wish to take advantage of any of the services we offer. At this point we would arrange a more formal consultation to take your wedding ideas further and discuss which services you would like to use.

It is highly unlikely that you would have organised and co-ordinated an event as special as your own wedding before and the amount of work involved can be daunting. Many couples still prefer to organise everything themselves but would like the benefit of using an experienced wedding planner to get them started.

AtA Linen Valley Wedding Planning we offer a wedding consultation service to help get your plans underway. We will arrange an informal one-off meeting with you to discuss your plans and ideas and offer professional advice and guidance based on your suggestions and our own experiences. Our consultation service will take approximately 2 - 3 hours depending on how much you need to know.

We can also offer you advice on any wedding related questions you might have. This may include budget, legal issues, what to do when and where, themes, wedding etiquette or just someone to talk to. You may even consider at this point to use our venue and supplier search or full/partial wedding coordination.

After the consultation we will provide you with a detailed month-by-month wedding plan highlighting items you need to consider organising each month up to and including your wedding day itself.A Linen Valley Wedding Planning offer couples a modern way to turn their wedding dreams into reality.

Level 1 - Complete Wedding Planning
This package is designed for the engaged working couple, because planning a wedding is a full time job. The services for this package help you from the time of your engagement until the last person leaves your reception.

Package specifics are:
-Complete budget analysis
-Planning sessions with the Bride and Groom to discuss wedding details
-Arranging and attending site visits to vendors
-Assisting you with vendor selections
-Arranging transportation for bridal party and guests
-Pre-event coordination with all vendors
-Coordination of your rehearsal dinner, after wedding brunch and guest activities
-Creation and distribution of the wedding day schedule to all vendors
-Attendance at the rehearsal
-Unlimited wedding day coordination
-Includes 2 staff members with radios at your ceremony, to provide complete coordination
-Lodging for staff is required for weddings outside the Boulder/Denver area.
Package rate is: 5,000.00

Level 2 - Hourly Consulting
Are you feeling overwhelmed?
Are your family members trying to take control?
Is your job requiring more of your time than expected?
Are you living outside of Tampa Bay, and do not know where to begin?
Do you want someone at your wedding to make sure everything flows smoothly?
Then this package was made for you.

This package is designed on an hourly basis to give you the support and the peace of mind you need.
-You can ask as many questions as you want or need
-You have access to all of our preferred vendors, as well as, our recommendations
Hourly rate is: 85.00/hour

Level 3 - Something In Between
this package is designed for the couple that:
-Are able to do some of the planning themselves
-Need help finding an unusual vendor
-Coordinating a specific piece of the event (such as: transportation for guests, hotel rooms for guests, guest activities, rehearsal dinner, bridal showers, after wedding brunch)

This package is priced on an individual basis. The details are discussed at our first meeting to determine the level of services required. Based on the needs discussed a price is estimated and included on a proposal.
Minimum fee: 2,000.00

Corporate Event Planning Services
Corporate events are priced on an individual basis. The details are discussed at our first meeting to determine the level of services required. Based on the needs discussed, a price is estimated and included on a proposal.
Minimum fee: 2,000.00
